Pricing

Pricing: Fees depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute and are normally billed on an hourly rate basis. KMT seeks to resolve disputes through appropriate alternatives, including mediation, arbitration and adjudication, before proceedings where possible. Disbursements are charged separately and our fees and the majority of disbursement costs are subject to VAT at 20%.
