Pricing

Pricing: KMT provides HR compliance and internal audit services to assess whether HR systems comply with Home Office requirements for sponsoring migrant workers. Fees are determined according to the scope and complexity of the work and may be charged by time spent or by fixed fee where appropriate. For applications where KMT publishes specific figures, these include: Student entry clearance: £2,200–£3,500, Student in-country switch: £2,000–£3,500, Student extension: £2,000–£3,000, EU Settlement Scheme late applications: £1,800–£3,500, elderly dependants: £3,500–£5,000, Long Residence: £3,500–£5,500, and Tribunal Hearings: £1,500–£3,000 for a one-day hearing, excluding Counsel's fees. Disbursements and VAT are not included in its immigration fee estimates. Disbursements can include Home Office fees, Counsel's fees, bank charges, courier fees, court fees, expert fees and translation fees. Attendance at a Home Office interview, advice following refusal and post-completion advice are also excluded unless specifically agreed. VAT: Our fees, as well as the majority of disbursement costs, are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%.
