Following 6 December 2018, the SRA transparency rules require all regulated law firms to publish their price and service information on their websites.
The fees for carrying out our services will depend on a variety of factors and are normally billed on an hourly rate basis. We discuss rates prior to undertaking any work.
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as court fees, expert’s fees, Counsel’s fees etc. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. Our fees, as well as the majority of Disbursements costs are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%.
