- VAT and Disbursements: Our fees and most disbursements are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%. Disbursements include a variety of expenses such as Counsel’s fees, Home Office fees, and translation fees.
- Tribunal Hearings: Costs for tribunal hearings vary based on factors like case intricacy and barrister fees, typically ranging from £7,000 to £15,000 for a one-day hearing.
- Immigration Appeal Hearings: Hourly billing rates apply for appeal hearings, incorporating barrister fees which vary by seniority and typically range from £4,000 to £8,000 for a one-day hearing.
