Marc is a founding partner of Karam, Missick & Traube. As the head of Dispute Resolution, he has developed an international reputation in large and complex litigation cases. He has successfully acted for clients in multi-jurisdiction lawsuits, including construction and land claims. He represents clients in the County Court, the High Court and through arbitration in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Marc is also a specialist adviser in commercial matters and corporate law, frequently advising clients on transactions and issues relating to corporate governance. He has extensive experience in high value commercial deals with particular expertise in the gaming industry. He is also a specialist in Payment Service Provider (PSP) legal services.

Marc was born and raised in Paris and serves clients in the UK, Europe and globally. His strong background in business as well as law has enabled him to develop a broad client base serving businesses, organisations and high net worth individuals domestically and internationally. 

His significant expertise, coupled with his rigorous, methodical approach to all legal matters, has made him a highly reputable and effective litigator and commercial solicitor.

Marc is a sports enthusiast who applies the same rigour to his body as his mind, training religiously every morning, in order to set him up for the day ahead. He believes a truly strong body creates an optimal mind.
