We understand that effective dispute resolution involves much more than advising our clients on the law and taking a matter all the way to court. We are mindful of the potential cost of litigation and will always work to resolve a matter before having to commence proceedings, be that by way of mediation, arbitration, adjudication or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Our fees, as well as the majority of Disbursements costs are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%
